The object measurement photoelectric determines the start of the labeling process, while the label measurement photoelectric controls the stop of labeling. The accuracy of the entire system is controlled within ±1mm.

The workflow is as follows:
1. The operator can set the parameter formula as needed to adapt to different labeling requirements, and can store up to 10 formula arrays.
2. After setting the parameters, the operator places the material on the conveyor belt and presses the start button. At this time, the stepper motor drives the conveyor belt and the labeling motor to start working.
3. When the object measurement photoelectric detects the material, the clamping cylinder fixes the material position. After the positioning photoelectric scans to the positioning point, the label motor releases the label until the label measurement photoelectric lights up to indicate that the label is stopped.
4. After the label motor stops, the clamping cylinder resets after reaching the preset clamping time, and then the process is repeated.
5. If the label runs out or exceeds the set time, the system will sound an alarm; similarly, if the bottle clamping detection time exceeds the preset value, an alarm will be triggered.
