It is an integrated solution that combines a touch screen HMI with a powerful PLC in one compact unit. This system features a programming language of Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram, and supports high-speed counting of 6 channels Single-phase up to 60KHz, or 2 channels AB (Z) Phase up to 30KHz plus 1 channel AB Phase up to 5KHz. The 800*480 resolution touchscreen provides an intuitive and user-friendly interface. It has a very compact size of 151*96*36mm and offers additional features such as Interrupt, Linear Arc Interpolation, PID Auto-tuning and 32K Program Capacity, 32K Retentive Register. The Integrated HMI PLC is perfect for industrial applications that require hmi interfacing with plc, plc and hmi, or plc industrial touch screen.
Features:
The upper computer programming software is compatible with Works 2/GX Developer 8.86 and supports the Ladder Diagram and SFC language. Structured programming and labels are not included. A clock is supported and the battery is rechargeable. The product includes one HMI Downloading port, two PLC programming ports, either RS232/MiniB type USB port or Type-C port, and one USB port.
The PLC has 32 K steps in its program capacity, and 32 K registers which are preserved when power is cut off. Its powerful functions include support for interrupt, linear and circular interpolation, PID and self-tuning. The software is compatible to Mitsubishi, while the HMI uses Coolmay Programming Software.
